2. Eligibility

- Open to residents of everywhere who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

- No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

3. Contest Period

- Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

- To enter, participants must like the giveaway post, follow @facethistshirts on Instagram, and tag two friends in the comments.

- Participants may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same user will be disqualified.

- Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Face This.

5. Prizes

- The Winner(s) of the Giveaway will receive one Face This T-shirt.

- The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

- Winner will be selected by randomized selection at the discretion of Face This.

- Winner will be notified via Direct Message within five (5) days following selection. Face This shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

- If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Face This reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Face This’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

9. Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
