This wearable art collaboration connects British illustrator Tess Smith-Roberts with a group of students from Duduk Atas Elementary School in Senggigi, Lombok. Known for her bold colors and playful approach, Tess was inspired by the children’s spontaneous drawings — scenes of daily life, imagination, and laughter. She reinterpreted their loose lines and joyful energy into a vibrant design that captures the freedom of making art without overthinking. Together, Tess and the kids created wearable art that celebrates imperfection, humor, and the simple joy of being creative just for fun.
